I'm not going to say that i've always been interested in photography, because photography grew more on me than the opposite way around. I think more in concepts to be explored and combined rather than finished ideas, which is probably why I deserted pencils and pens and moved to photography and then painting. (At least until they drag me back). I still have much to learn and many more techniques to discover (or maybe create), and maybe I'll even earn some fame or funding. (although that last part is the least likely)

Well, the pictures finally came back (quite a while ago..oops) and I realized while I looked through my sunset prints that I shot them on a b+w roll, so all that waiting was mostly for nothing. On a lighter note, the Snowpocalypse that hit Lubbock gave me some wonderful nighttime shots that I need to edit and upload. Now that I think about, I cant remember the last time I actually uploaded ANYTHING! Dang, well most of the problem was PictureProject, so hopefully this new program will work a little better than the previous.

Im finally back home for the first time in a few months for Thanksgiving, but right now I think im more thankful for all my (moderate) success on DA so far and my newly finished roll of film from my new 35mm Yashika with a wide angle lens, I can't wait to see what shape the pictures turn out to be when I get the roll developed.

Boy it's been a while since I've actually done something here. For the last......how long? *shrug* Anyway, it's great to finally post some more photos and respond to some favs (which I've usually ignored before now), and finally upload an icon befitting my name. (Woooo! Nathan Fillion!)
